What is Neuro Training?

Think of your brain and nervous system like a computer. If the "hardware" (muscles/joints) is fine but the "software" (brain signals) is not running properly, you’ll still experience glitches: pain, stiffness, or inefficient movement. My job is to help update your software so your body operates smoothly and without pain.

I teach coaches and movement professionals how to layer applied neurology into everyday sessions so athletes move better, hurt less, and perform more.

You’ll learn to:

  • Run quick vision/vestibular screens and pick the right drill in under 2 minutes
  • Plug neuro into warm-ups (not add a second workout)
  • Use KPI (Key Performance Indicator) re-tests (pain, ROM, balance, speed) to verify what works—fast
  • Progress/regress by threat level, not guesswork
  • Solve common issues: “tight hips,” dizziness under load, inconsistent bar path, neck/back irritation
