Their focus is strictly on the food, as if there is some magical eating plan that holds the key to reversing their plateau. Here’s the thing. The body’s systems work together. Therefore, a myopic approach that focuses solely on nutrition may have temporary success, but it won’t work long term.

Anybody can tell you what to eat. Frankly, if it were that easy wouldn’t we all be in shape? Lifestyle improvement is a holistic concept. I look at ALL aspects of my clients’ lives as we work on assessing their wellness. We explore how they are living their lives, how they feel about themselves and we co-collaborate/co-create goals to facilitate behavior change.

There is change and there is TRANSFORMATION. In order to TRANSFORM, reasonable lifestyle changes must be adopted. Here’s the exciting news! I’m not just going to tell you what to do.
