Vision is a skill that needs to be trained. Muscles in the eyes can get weak and stiff just like muscles throughout the rest of our body. If your eye sight is deteriorating, training the eye muscles can naturally improve your vision!

Lifestyle improvement is a holistic concept. I look at the 5 PILLARS within my clients’ lives as we work on building a strong foundation. We explore how they are living their lives, how they feel about themselves and we co-collaborate/co-create goals to facilitate behavior change. No matter the goal, establishing these pillars are imperative for obtaining results.

NEURO PERFORMANCE COACH

Improving nervous system pathways between the brain and body can harness athleticism, performance and pain relief. I utilize functional neurology to teach movement fundamentals that help people regain physical freedom, return to the activities they love and excel within their respective sports.

VISION & MOVEMENT

Threat and a lack of safety in the nervous system is commonly manifested as pain (ankle, knee, back, shoulder, wrist, neck etc.), mobility restriction, lack of stability, poor balance, and weakness. I categorize these as "survival" based outputs. Vision training directly impacts posture and how we move in the world.

VISION & PAIN

"Performance" based outputs are specific VISION drills that give the brain the stimulus it needs to ease up on the emergency brakes so the body can move with reduced pain or without pain.
